My work had a contract with El Guanaco the month of January for grubhub deliveries. I had never been to the restaurant and may never have otherwise since I'm not often in the area where it's located, but I'm so glad this was one of our options! During this time I had their ground beef and cheese quesadillas and i love that the tortillas were cooked with a little crisp, but also... the flavoring on the ground beef was out of this world! I also tried an empanada for the first time in my life and wow - so delish!! Their rice was very tasty too. Like I said, I'm definitely glad I discovered this restaurant, I just wish it was closer to my house LOL. I'll have to try making it into the restaurant sometime!
